Vila Katja

Recently stayed for 4 nights. Katja is a wonderful kind host. Property is spotless + extremely comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Set in a peaceful location with beautiful views + a short walk to Lake Bled. Highly recommend 😊

Katja was a wonderful host - thank you

Katja was by far the best host we have ever had. She was generous, kind, thoughtful and diligent in her provision of everything we needed for a good holiday apartment. She provided tourist information in paper format and verbally, and was always happy to answer questions. Her English was excellent. Yet she was not intrusive. We were given clean towels every few days, clean sheets and the apartment was cleaned half way through our stay. Katja provided food for breakfast, lunch and a hot meal the next day when our flight delayed us arriving in time to get to the shops. The icing on the cake was a bottle of bubbly and chocolates for a birthday that happened while we were there. She had noticed it on the passport and even though the birthday was the day before we were due to leave, Katja gave it earlier so we could enjoy the drink without worrying about driving early the next day. Truly an exceptional host. The apartment was spacious, clean and very well furnished. Good WiFi and Netflix went down well with the teenagers. The apartment was a 10 minute walk to the lake but in a safe, quiet residential area, easy to find, easy to get to and with enough parking. Thank you Katja. We left feeling like we were old friends. We can't recommend you and your apartment highly enough.

The apartment is equpiped with everything you need to feel like home (Kitchen, Bathroom, etc), everything really clean and in an excellent condition . The location is just 7 min from the lake in a beautiful street and with an amazing view of the mountains. The apartment has a top air condition and also high speed internet. The communication with the host (Katja) was perfect, she is a wonderful person ready to help you with everything you need during your stay. The hospitality as also the apartment were superb. I´m looking forward to stay my next time in Villa Katja.

Great location, all the facilities we needed and Katja was a true angel… nothing was too much trouble… she even helped us with a mini crisis. A true home from home… we have made a new friend in Katja… we were sad to leave would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family and we would definitely stay there again

The location of Vila Katja was great. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Bled Lake and town, and a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket. The apartment was very clean with everything we needed to be self catered. The balcony was a lovely space to spend the evenings and for our little one to blow off some steam during the day! The bed was very comfy and we loved the blackout shutters. Air con in the apartment was a life saver and greatly appreciated as the weather was so warm. Katja was so helpful and kind, and provided us with a high chair, travel cot and plenty of clean towels. She was always available if we had any questions with a smile. We would love to return one day!

The WiFi was a bit patchy and seemed to only let one of us sign in at a time. Not too much bother though. The road outside the apartment was quite busy with no path to walk on so we had to ensure our little one was always in the buggy. Again, not a big problem.
