Spotlessly clean apartment with all facilities. Great location in old central part of town. Owner met us and provided information on location, accommodation and restaurant/wine shop recommendations. The cheese, wine and bread provided was a very thoughtful gift.

Water heater did not work very well so they end up taking a few cold showers.

It is an efficient, recently renovated and tastefully decorated, fully equipped unit in a 600 year old building. I can't say enough about how nice this apt. was, there was even fresh flowers! The host is so helpful and friendly, with some excellent advice and directions to places to eat and things to do.

It can be a little hard to find, but if you follow the advice of the host they will guide you to the right spot.

Wow, this apartment was way cool and far exceeded our expectations. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen, nice touch of fresh lilies, washer/dryer unit (very handy!). The location of this apartment was perfect for exploring this city on foot. Our hostess was more than accommodating, especially since we threw her a curve ball by arriving earlier than expected & communicated that from a different contact number than what she had a file, and departed later than anticipated. Having access to the parking garage at no additional cost was a definite bonus, which she drove us over to on our arrival. The garage is about a 5 minute walk with easy entry/exit which our hostess walked us through in person. A variety of restaurant/eatery options abound. Would highly recommend Origens (excellent dinner with very attentive staff) and The Bakery Lounge (amazing pastries, breakfast, friendly proprietor, David).

Loved the stay at this home with such great history. Our host, Luisa, was fabulous, and gave us a lot of information about Evora. It was a nice plus to have somewhere to park our car. We enjoyed everything about our visit and look forward to returning in the future.

We had really good communication with our host and she met us at the accommodation even though we arrived earlier than expected. She was so helpful giving us a map and lots of information about Evora. The apartment was in a superb location in the old town and we could walk everywhere while the car was parked safely and securely in the garage. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable and we loved all the thoughtful touches - a bottle of local wine, enough coffee pods for our stay and everything we needed for a memorable stay. I loved that the apartment was in original buildings but had been modernised in a sympathetic way to meet our needs.

The apartment was immaculate, well organized and supplied. The bed was very comfortable. If a guest wants to experience staying in a 600 year old building close to good restaurants, then this is a great value. The host was very helpful and attentive. She supplied a complimentary bottle of wine. The apartment is located only a 5 minute walk to a main square in the old city, and about the same to the Chapel of Bones. The host supplied a free parking spot in a near-by garage, only about a 5-7 minute walk.

Most of the streets are very narrow. So we had to be careful walking around. Because the main intersecting street provides access to the main Square, there is loud street traffic noise during the day. Fortunately, it is much quieter at night.
