Classy Apartment - Old Town

Good location and good aircon

Extremely poor instructions. No proper direction to the apartment (there were 2 apartments of the same number) resulting in us carrying our heavy suitcases up and down No instructions about a non-functional lock on the door which our key got stuck in.when we rang, the staff, instead of helping us, she kept asking for our booking reference which didn't exist in her list, Booking.com reference number didn't seem to be given to owners/managers( this has happened before)

Everything was clean and tidy. There are enough towels, a comfortable bed and pillows. There were enough dishes in the kitchen and everything you need for cooking. In addition, there was coffee and coffee filters.

We lived for a week and planned to watch movies in the evenings after long walks, but the TV was very small for such a distance it was not comfortable to watch. Please change the TV to a larger size.

Excellent location apartment that is great for a couple. It has double windows that makes it quiet during the night. It was comfortable in general.

The mattress quality can be improved, but overall we had a very good experience.

Very nice place and perfect location.

Perfect location. Close to all restaurants, bars, metro. Despite being next to busy main road, no disturbance from the noise. Flat itself was very nice, cosy, comfy and very clean except the couch would benefit from a clean. No micro or oven but who cooks on holiday? Finding the apartment itself had us slightly confused. It would have been easier if the instructions stated up 5 flights, through the door and first flat is no 4. Turn the key 3 times to open. We arrived in the dark and the key wouldn't open the door, we were at the wrong no. 4. The gentleman whos flat we were trying to get into was absolutely fine and explained where we should go. Obviously this had happened before. We did appologise.

The outside of the building does not look appealing at all. On a positive note the huge pink 'erotica' sign was easy to spot so we never got lost.

Everything's in a good condition and clean. The apartment is basically in the old town, so everything turistic is just around you. Very warm rooms.

The instructions for check-in are not that clear, the apartment is not easy to find at the building (be aware of two apartment with the same number!) It can be noisy during the night.
