Dinamic Studio Old Town

Dry and warm (23° so very warm), fridge, 2nd floor so felt safer, close to Old Town. Host responded well when queried things e.g. how to turn heating down as couldn't sleep 1st night - he had to do remotely. Also reassured us could check in later than time on site, turned out was keysafe anyway and don't meet you at door. Had 2 pillows, large bed (kingsize?), reasonably quiet even though by busy 8 lane main road. Towels provided. 2 ring hob heated up very fast. Carrefour supermarket across main road 5mins walk.

Struggled to find building on own late at night then couldn't get door to open. Felt unsafe. Would have helped to have instructions telling us had to fob a panel that looked like a telephone-man helped us. Never saw a lift. No parking available as on very busy 8 lane main road. Fridge in bedroom very noisy at night. Toilet smelled bad. No storage for clothes - one long cupboard had bedding and a hoover in. Seemed half lived in with old slippers ,make up and toiletries about. For UK travellers - no kettle nor instructions how to use coffee machine. No plastic/glassbowl to use in microwave but managed to heat water in a saucepan in end to make hot drinks. Hard, thin mattress and duvet bit too small for bed. No metal eating knives, just plastic ones. Big flashing 24/7 signboard outside kitchen window - could do with blind or cover on door as disturbed us at night. Sex shop signage by door bit off-putting, but didnt ever see shop open or anyone hanging around at night, if know what i mean!

Nice and warm room. We felt safe even though the apartment was located in an old building. The host was helping us at every obstacle we had during our vacation. We recommend without hesitation

Location was very good with old town center only 2 minutes walk,close to coffee shop and luca (pastry shop) saving need to make breakfast, clean, all amenities provided in apartment to be self catering if needed

Duvet was not big enough for the bed. Would have liked more pillows

Placed in city center, near the old town, so who love night life is good.

The apartment is clean, could be better, but the towels and bed linens where having a bad smell.

The location was really good and the host was really helpful and keen to make the accommodation as good as possible.

The only issues we had were with the noise but it wasn’t the host’s fault. One night there was an alarm going off in a nearby building that woke as up two times, when there was wind or rain the advertisement that is attached to the side of the building made constant noise to the point you couldn’t sleep and the last night someone was screaming and making creepy weird noises and we were scared. I know that the above It’s not in the host’s power and that’s why I didn’t deduct stars for it. Also the elevator smelled like pee really bad.
