City Center Stylish Apartment with AC in Bratislava

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Appartment: -super Kontakt zur Vermieterin -guter Parkplatz für unser Auto, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss vom Appartment entfernt(gute Video-Anleitung für Details) -sehr sauber -perfekte Lage inmitten der "modernen" Fussgängerzone(verstehe nicht, wie man sich über Trambahngeräusche beschwert->zentraler geht nicht, das muss man in Kauf nehmen-wir hatten keinerlei Probleme) -supernah an Altstadt -charmanter Altbau(Treppenhaus ohne Lift-das sollte man eventuell wissen)

The place is very nice, spacious, clean and very quiet. It has all you need in a mini appartment. The location is perfect, right in the center, with a variety of shops, restaurants and transportation just bellow, yet, no noise at all. The owners are super responsive and cooperative. A very good choice.

Climbing up the stairs to the 3rd floor.

Es un piso grande con una enorme habitación principal, y otra más pequeña pero con cama doble. Había un montón de detalles como lavadora, plancha, aspiradora o ventiladores. Buenos detalles de decoración. Ubicación en el centro en calle llena de cafeterías, restaurantes o tiendas y a un paso del tranvía. La dueña estuvo siempre atenta y servicial a nuestras dudas y requerimientos.

La entrada de la calle con un aire acondicionado de la tienda de al lado que daba mal olor y estaba sucio. Las escaleras curvas hasta un tercero y el estado de éstas. No había ascensor. Al estar tan céntrico se nota el bullicio de la calle y el pasar del tranvía. Echamos en falta una fregona, escoba, bayeta y productos de limpieza.

Excellent location, close to everything, city center, tram station in front of the building. Big apartment, 1 bedroom and 1 living room, in a very old building.

We visited Budapest and Bratislava in the same trip. In Budapest we had an excellent hotel with 1/3 of the price. So, by comparison, i would say the apartments in Bratislava are very expensive and the value for money is very low. The apartment is in a very old building, you need to enter via the balcony in the apartment (yes, a little bit strange). I think the host bought it in a bad condition and they repaired it, but you can feel that everything is cheap and they prepared the apartment just for money… but why not if this is the market in Bratislava…. We also found an opened pack of ham in the fridge from the previous guest. Another bad habit for Europe is the check in and check out hours, they exaggerate a looot with check out at 10 am. Come on, we are on holiday, i dont want to wake up early just for the check out… So, you pay 5 stars, but you receive 3 stars…that’s my conclusion. The good part is that the host is very nice

Todo, una casa de 10, en todo el centro, vas andando, es muy tranquila, con una terraza para desayunar en la parte trasera del edificio, se duerme genial, tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar, hasta cafe.Para repetir.
