Placeringen og at der var så meget køkkenplads så man faktisk kunne lave mad. Dejlig køkken. Gode senge.

At der var en smal trappe op til lejligheden lige inden for døren. Jeg bryder mig ikke om at jeg ikke kunne få vinduet andet end 10 cm op. Der var dervedvingen nødudgang i tilfælde af brand.
