Location, appartment arrangement and facilities (kitchen, bathroom, sauna, two bedrooms).

Cleanness and staff reaction: Dirty linen, towels, dirt and other stuff (such as hair left in the bathroom sink) were left all over the rooms after previous guests. Message that "cleaning is not included" arrived AFTER booking and payment, only in Swedish (no info on booking.com that there will be no cleaning or linen at all). However this type of "dirty" (see photos) was not what the owners intended - they said "sorry, I forgot". When I suggested - either come and change linen or give us 25% price back - nobody answered anymore. Sorry guys, if you made a mistake - you should take responsibility. We took it - and left the apartment much cleaner than we found it. What about the owners?
