Ka'yana Apartments - Restored Luxury in the Heart of the Old Town, near Black Church, Council Sq

Great location, right in the city center close to shops and restaurants. As some have mentioned parking could be a bit difficult but there is a public paid lot just a 5 min walk to/from the apartment.

There was a very unpleasant odor in the bathroom behind the drawers where part of the plumbing is located. There is just one mirror in the whole apartment located in the bathroom with poor lighting and a minimum height requirement. Another mirror, ideally a full length one, somewhere else in the apartment would be beneficial. Bring your own toiletries! One of the containers mounted on the shower wall was obviously empty. Another addition I would recommend would be added storage/space in the shower for personal toiletries. Although there are pots, pans, plates and cups there are no cooking instruments or utensils besides two small spoons in the kitchen. I inquired about this via Booking.com messages on the first day and never heard back from the host during my entire stay.

Very modern and beautiful apartment. Again you need to climb a floor up so if you have heavy luggage no help is available. Location is great and the apartment is super cosy. The only thing is the shower, the water comes very slowly so it pretty much takes double the time to shower esp if you have to wash long hair. But overall a great pick. A bit expensive compared to the ones in the area but really cozy.

The location and the design of the apartment are superb! It’s really in the city center and you can walk anywhere within Brasovs main sites. The apartment is super well maintained and organized and surprisingly very spacious! You wouldn’t expect so much space from the pictures and certainly not this design from outside. Secure as well and secluded. The kitchen and apartment was well equipped

Everything was very good and the host really friendly and helpful. There were a few minor damages caused by the previous tenants but not because of the hosts negligence.

Apartment communicates with another one and are separated only by wodden interior doors and the noise from the other apartment was very loud, music until past midnight, loud talking, smoking, all the rules broken but the others and us unable to sleep until 2 am when they decided to go to sleep…Owner didn’t answer my call or message so braking the policy was not a problem for the owner, only for us…
