Nice apartment and location was nice clean and big nice balcony

the problem was that the owner wasn’t online to help us find the key location that a bit far from the apartment. We waited for long time, more then a hour outside. Also we said that we will be 3 persons and was bed just for 2, the 3rd person slept on the couch.. just day after someone comes to make the 3th bed because we didn’t know how to do it and to open the couch. Hope for next time the owner will be more online and helpful!

Check in process is the worst I come across. The keys to the apartment is stored 3km away from the apartment. The key to the garage/car parking is placed inside the apartment. So you have to first get the keys to the apartment and then get the keys to the garage and then park your car. The apartment is in a central location and this process is a test of your patience. You have to do the reverse of this process when you check out. We messed up both check in and check out. There was no clear instructions given. If you are travelling with family or car then good luck

The apartment is fine good location near from bus station. For two people is comfortable.

The instructions aren’t clear, I have to ask for everything even the Wi-Fi net and password. The system of looking for the key in other address not near from the place and then to take them back it’s just impractical and took us time and money to do this.

The facilities were okay, and it was close to the train station and supermarkets.

We were instructed to fetch the keys which were over 40 minutes' walk across town from the accommodation. We requested someone to meet us at the apartment which the accommodation offered to do at a cost of 25 Euro. We booked this accommodation as it was close to the train station and did not know that you would have to pick up the keys across town and return them to the same location. This distance between accommodation and picking up the keys is unacceptable especially if one is travelling by train. The attitude of the apartment renters was appalling in our view and obviously customer service is not front of mind. We also had to pay a security deposit which was returned a week later with us bearing the transaction costs and foreign exchange fluctuation risks.
