Collecting the keys from the key box and getting to the apartment was easy. Though there was a problem with navigation to the right street via google maps, we had to use different map application eventually (mapy.cz).

It was quite warm in the apartment because there was only a single window, without possibility to create a cross-breeze.

Very close to the curtural centre and trian station Stanica Žilina-Zariečie. Supermarket and very good restaurants nearby. Home was clean, neighborhood quiet, everything was without any issues.

The apartment was very clean & comfortable. A huge plus was the extra warm, soft blanket, which was provided in addition to the duvet. The kitchen was generally well equipped. I also liked the bathroom lights. I had some issues opening the apartment door, but the owner was very quick to help me resolve this.

The shower drain seems to be clogged - the water isn't draining away properly. The addition of a fine mesh sieve & scissors to the kitchen would be welcome.

This place is located in quiet neighbourhood, with great value for the money snd nice interior
