"Great but"

Very cosy and clean

Hot water took a lot of time to arrive. Had to leave the tap open for 15 mins. And the bed wasnt the most comfortable but the cosyness makes up for it

A good location, 5 minutes walk into the centre and good communication with the host.

There was nothing really just a few little minor niggles, that didn't cause any problems, but something that could be put right. The hot water tap takes about 5 minutes to get hot, you cannot control the heating. The shower cable is not long enough to hold over your head so you have to either crouch down or sit down in the bath. The tap does not go over the bath so you have to fill the bath up using the shower head.

The studio has everything you need.

The studio is great. The water in the shower takes a while to warm up, but it works fine. Also, have in mind that the host will give you the info about the check-in only at the check-in time. So if you arrive early, with luggage and no data on your phone, be patient.
