Proprietate bine amplasata la 2-3 minute de Iulius mall si lacul de langa acesta , foarte linistit si cel mai important loc de parcare asigurat. Din apartament se iese pe o terasa draguta unde iti poti savura cafeaua

Poate ar fi bine sa existe si o statie de aer conditionat , dar nu obligatoriu

"The best apartment in cluj with an amazing view"

Everything was perfect! The apartment was very big and had an amazing terrace with a view over the lake and the city and you could enjoy a beautiful sunset The parking space is also a big plus The location is the best , next to Iulius Mall and Iulius parc
