The location, the way everything is organized

Two of the rooms don't have a climatisation system. So when it's warm, it's warm. Otherwise, very central and very nice.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. There's 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. There's a big bedroom and salon.. The apartment is located on the ground floor. Good location, easy get from OTP airport to apartment by a bus.

I would have liked better communication from host. Could not get coffee machine to work. Lock to outside door did not work well and was difficult to enter and exit

Absolutely brilliant location and pretty spacious. Great communication from staff who facilitated an excellent tour of the old town. The beds were generally comfy and there was a fairly well equipped kitchen. Both bathrooms were clean and particularly liked how two showers could be used at the same time.

The curtains in the main living room (which we used as an extra bedroom) and the larger bedroom were absolutely useless being either see-through or hanging off the rails to the extent that people in windows above could look into the room. A few missing kitchen utensils and things such as washing up liquid and tea towels were not provided. A couple of lamps did not work.
