Residence Novak Bohinj

Zelo prostoren in praktičnen apartma, ki ponuja vse za lagodno in sproščeno nastanitev. Pika na i je pa čudovit razgled na Bohinjsko jezero, ki je oddaljeno 10min hoje.

This was our third stay at Novak in the middle apartment. It is a fabulous and, frankly, amazingly-priced apartment. 10 minutes walk to, and view of, Lake Bohinj. Most comfortable bed of all our stays and a comfortable large couch as well. The kitchenette is well stocked and there are a few treats in the fridge upon arrival. The deck has lots of seating and lounge chairs. The sauna and shower are awesome and many towels were provided, as well as two robes. There is a washer and dryer on the upper level that has detergent for all apartments to use and a large drying rack inside the apartment as well. The smart TV allows access to streaming services and is also connected to cable TV. The hostess is very friendly and quick to respond to inquiries. The drive through the narrow alleyway is daunting for the first time, but I promise most vehicles can make it without issue. :-) In the surrounding area, its a few minutes walk to two grocery stores/markets and there is a place to get coffee next to the Mercator. You can also walk to the trailhead of Mostnica Gorge (our favorite hike!). Many incredible restaurants within 10-15 minutes drive of Novak.

There is currently construction of new homes adjacent to Novak. Construction noise was quite noticeable from the deck or open windows (minimal noise inside with windows closed), however, this is won't last much longer and I look forward to returning to the peace and quiet in the future.
