The location is super convenient. It's a top-tier residential complex. There's a terrace on the top floor. The owner cares about your comfort. I had the opportunity to meet and talk in person; he's a very nice person.

When we arrived, the floor and bathroom were a little dirty. We wrote to the owner about it and asked where we could find everything we needed for cleaning, but he immediately called and said he would be there in 20 minutes. He started cleaning himself and apologized for the inconvenience.
