TATRYSTAY Villa Rusalka

Upon arrival, the key to our apartment was not in the place where it had been sent in advance. We spoke to the owner, who knew that the key was not there (the previous guest had taken it), but had not written to us about it. After this, we had to wait another 20 minutes in the cold before the new key was brought to us. We could only talk in English on the phone (with the owner probably), but the lady who brought us the new key could not speak English at all. This made the communication a bit difficult. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. The lighting was also quite poor in the kitchen and the rest of the apartment. We spent three days at the accommodation, and by the evening of the second day there was hardly any hot water, and by the third day there was none at all. The octagonal room is really cozy, but it was very cold inside. Much colder than the rest of the apartment, making it uncomfortable to spend time there and sleep. There are many stairs, and it is inconvenient to unpack when arriving with a lot of luggage. Getting to the accommodation is not the easiest thing to do, as there aren't any signs at all, and navigation does not take you to the right place by default. Overall, the accommodation was disappointing, we won't be booking here again.

Ubytovanie je naozaj krásne a veľmi čisté.

Náš apartmán mal len rýchlovarnú kanvicu a chladničku, hoci v popise konkrétneho apartmánu bola uvedená aj rúra a sporák. Takisto nám chýbal kôš na odpad (bol len maličký v kúpeľni). Pre veľmi zľadovatený terén prístupovej cesty sme sa nevedeli autom dostať priamo k apartmánovému domu.
