"A lovely place from which to explore Cluj, but a pity the property was not better maintained."

Large and very well located. Imaginative design features.

Heating was not working. Kitchen light bulb was creating a strobe effect. The manager was very responsive and tried hard to fix the problems. The outside walkways were occupied by pigeons which made quite a mess.
