Utešené Apartmány - Bratislava - Trnavské mýto

Very comfortable and cosy apartment with great location. There is direct tram and bus from the city centre and tram / bus stop is maybe 2-3 minutes from apartment. Great place if you’re attending to some event at Tipos Arena.

Please fix the window handle, because it’s hard to open and close.

Clean, comfortable bed, good facilities

Reaching to key specially when you arrive at night could be confusing because guide photo would be useful by day light. There was no shampoo in the flat and in case some one just arrive and want to take a shower, it would be disappointing.

We had a pleasant stay at Utešené Apartmány. Upon our arrival, we noticed that the keys weren’t in the box as expected. I called the host, and he let us know that the apartment was still being cleaned, but it would be ready in about 30 minutes. While we were initially a bit concerned about the wait, it was reassuring to know that we could return and settle in.

Good value for money and the location was excellent. Short trip to the city centre. I’d recommend it if you’re staying long term for sure.

Communication was extremely poor with the team. While I wouldn’t expect instant responses their replies were quite sporadic and didn’t seem to flow well. One example was the fact that they had mentioned that city tax would be paid upon arrival and then at the moment of our arrival they’re asking us to transfer money to a random bank account. Document submission via WhatsApp is a huge red flag for me too. We had to submit passport copies via WhatsApp. Last but not least was the check in times. They did mention it on their page but their check in time was at 6pm which is practically half a stay gone. Their check out time however was 11am which makes 0 sense for us and when we asked for flexibility there wasn’t too much they could give. Last but not least the door code system was extremely confusing and could use a lot of work.

Simply, practically and pleasantly furnished apartment in the New Town. Ideal place for travelers without a car - Trnavské mýto, a large public transport hub, is nearby. The host responds quickly and is willing to help. The place has everything you need. Instructions on how to find the keys are good, especially if you also look at the attached photos. The host is nice and willing to help, responds quickly.

Guests will be charged an additional local fee of EUR 3 per person. This must be taken into account.

I only stayed for one night but the apartment had everything you could need even for longer stays. I chose the location due to having work meeting nearby but the access to the city centre is very easy with tram stop close by and also Trnavské mýto. The host was also very nice and helpful.
