Posizione molto comoda, ascensore funzionante, proprietari disponibili, rapporto qualità-prezzo buono.

Divano letto non molto comodo, lenzuola che non si incastrano nel "materasso", asciugamani non molto professionali (colorati e non troppo profumati), cucina non molto pulita.

"Apartament confortabil, modern, bine echipat si aproape de centrul Bucurestiului."

Apartamentul este decorat frumos, este linga piata de legume si magazine. Este aproape de centru, statia de autobuz fiind la 3 min de iesirea din bloc.

Erau mici lucrari ziua in apartamentul de la acelasi etaj. Ziua, se aude un latrat de ciine din cind in cind. Este putin zgomot noaptea de la tramvaiele care trec pe bulevardul din fata blocului.
