Avoid this host! It seems that only thing he is thinking about is to get your money.

We’ve got wrong instructions. When we arrived at the place we can’t get in. It’s unacceptable when you are coming with three kids.

"The location, skiing area, accommodation I like. The host, the services need improvement."

1. If the hosts would speak a little bit better in English...let's say 2. If the keys for the appartement were in the lockbox, where they were supposed to be, according to the messages received. 3. Conflicting information regarding parking place. In the end, I had to park on the road. 4. Issues with one of the ski passes, that was not working. We had to return to the Info Center to sort it out 2 times.
