Was here for the second time. Great small hotel, in the city center. I really like the self-check-in process. All the doors in the hotel have code locks, very convenient. This is a great cozy place to stay for a couple of nights. There is a capsule coffee machine in the room, which is great. Special thanks to the hotel staff, they promptly answer all questions and are very friendly.

There are some minor faults in the room: the roller blind system needs some repair. The shelf for shampoos and other things is broken in the shower. There is no regular utility knife in the kitchen. There is still construction going on opposite the hotel, this can cause discomfort, as the workers start early. These are minor things compared to the advantages of the hotel. I really like this place, I will choose it for the next trips to Novi Sad.
