The beds were not relaxable and the toilet was too small. There was no air conditioning.

Very good location close to the city center and Eurovea. Apartment was clean and well equiped, cause we stayed as a group of 6, we appreciated separated toilet and bathroom. We didn’t meet the owner, but get all the informations about check-in and check-out prior our arrival and everything was easy to find.

Only small thing we would recommend is to add an air conditioning or fan in all rooms, because during the night was very hot.

I'm going to give an honest review here. There were some really positive aspects but also some really negative. The location is perfect. Really spacious apartment with all possible amenities provided. Ironing board, hoover, hair dryer. Good spacious bathroom with good pressure from the shower. Kitchen really nice with herbal teas/coffee etc. provided. Large fridge freezer. The instructions left for getting the keys were easy to follow and we had no issues. Good communication with the host. TV with Netflix etc. Lots of plug sockets provided. The sofa bed is the most (only) comfortable bed in the apartment. Large drawer storage unit provided in the sitting room.

The beds are really not up to standard. I have seen this mentioned in other reviews so don't know why nothing has been done about them? My bed (double bed in the room with the cot) was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. The mattress is so thin and lumpy and completely dips in the middle. But the worst is the noise. If I so much as turned in my sleep I was woken by the loud creaking. (I tried to upload a video but won't let me). My friend turned in her sleep and the lats under the bed broke. We did let the owner know and they came and put a plank of wood under the mattress so the whole bed didn't collapse. It wasn't a perfect fix, but we did appreciate the speedy response by the host. The towels are tiny and threadbare. Only 1 towel was provided per person and they weren't anywhere near large enough to wrap around us (size 12 so not huge!). We did ask for extra towels on the last night and we got them (which we appreciate), we needed to wash our hair! If you're larger than a UK size 16 don't expect to be able to fit comfortably in the room with the toilet. Only 1 wardrobe provided in the whole apartment with about 6 hangers. Which isn't ideal for an apartment that caters for 6 people. In the room with the double and single bed there's no storage at all. (there is the large storage unit in the sitting room that I mentioned above though). But 4 girls needing to hang clothes, it's not ideal. No sheets provided for the sofa bed. We did find a spare mattress topper under one of the beds but it was badly stained so didn't use it as there was no sheet to put over it. All in all, it's a really nice apartment. There's just a few upgrades that need to be done that would have made it a 10. To me, sleep is a necessity and can make or break a holiday as are decent towels, so I had to mark it down.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the walls were very thin. Also the window on the front door was a little bit creepy during the night.
