4.patro staré zástavby včetně mezipater = 8.patro bez výtahu. Zatuchlina v koupelně. Fotky odpovídají stavu po rekonstrukci - současný stav mu neodpovidá... Cena neodpovídá opotřebení a čistotě bytu...
