Premium NB Apartment - Belgrade Waterfront

The apartment is very clean. It has everything you need to stay with kids - all the appliances, cleaning and hygiene supplies. The host is super friendly!

Deeply Disappointed with Our Accommodation Choice in Belgrade We were looking forward to a pleasant stay in Belgrade with our two children, having chosen an apartment in the "Belgrade Waterfront" area for its convenient location and suitable living conditions as described: two beds, a sofa, and a space of 62m². To our surprise, we were accommodated in an apartment that significantly fell short of what was advertised: it was roughly half the size, featured only one double bed and a small sofa, which was completely unsuitable for a family. Additionally, the apartment had a bar counter instead of a regular table, which was not suitable for children. After we requested to be moved to the originally booked apartment, the realtor reacted rudely and insisted that the apartment we were given was the same one, just renovated, which was clearly untrue. Later, the landlord demanded that we immediately vacate the apartment. Despite our attempts to move our communications to the official Booking.com platform, the landlord persistently carried it out through WhatsApp. After our departure, he continued to call and threaten us, demanding payment for the full cost of the stay because, during our brief time in the apartment, the children had crumpled the bedspread. We hope our review will help other travelers avoid similar unpleasant experiences, and we expect the Booking.com administration to take appropriate action.

Great apartment located in Belgrade Waterfront. We stayed as a family with small kids and the apartment was in a great location, walking distance to cafes, Maxi (grocery store), Galerija (main shopping centre) and centre. There is a great bakery downstairs and a juice bar. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The host was very welcoming and help always at hand. We would highly recommend this apartment to our family and friends.
