Zaži Apartmány Fatrapark Hrabovo

Location is great, apartment was very well equipped with everything you need. Very clean and confy. Nice balcony and nice view. Our room had a parking place in the underground parking place, a garage where you can enter by stairs but by elevator, also. For Fatrapark 1 you will get the room/apart key from the reception located in Fatrapark 2. Nice and helpful receptionist over there!

First, the receptionist gave us a key from a different room (indicated by the owner), without balcony even we payed for one with balcony. The phone number on Booking was useless. Nobody answered when we called (a little bit late indeed, was 9pm). The receptionist was very nice and gave us the proper phone number. After some pressing to the owner we got the key from the apartment we booked. Second, the parking places. It is almost impossible to find a parking place near the building in the evening. We were very lucky, our apartment had a reserved parking place in the garage, an underground one.

Location is super best. Cable Cars nearby up in mountains. A lot of activities less than in 20km radius. Cable available. Bar 🤙

Fridge did strange sounds sometimes. Most of drawers filled with laundry insufficient free space

The apartment is in a good location, close to several hiking places. The building has a nice, comfortable (paid) sauna, if one manages to book it.

The accommodation is a private apartment in a building of flats. Hence, the management asks for a "service fee" to be able to use the services offered, such as using their restaurant, ordering breakfast, booking the sauna, or a massage. Note that this is not the price of the service itself; it is a fee to allow you to use their services. Figuring out this information required patience and time since the receptionists were very impolite and did not even want to adequately explain what they meant by "service fee" or show me the price list for the services. The accommodation description offered a sauna without an extra fee. However, I only managed to book a sauna session two days later, only because I contacted the Booking Customer Service (contacting the apartment owner did not help so the Booking team saved the situation), and I had to negotiate with the receptionist every single time I wanted to make a reservation for the sauna. The whole experience was not only frustrating but highly uncomfortable. Had I imagined half of the problems, I would had stayed elsewhere.

They couldn't speak English at the reception (But google translate works well). I had a question for the host, but he didn't answer the phone. The bed was full of hair, and the sheet with who knows what... There wasn't even enough hot water for 3 people...
