Boutique apartments - Central Old Town

We arrived at the property at 16:00. The temperature in the apartment was quite low (it was around zero degrees outside). The central heating — in reality, just one small radiator in the room and one in the bathroom — was working, but it was not sufficient. There was also a small electric heater, and I thought it might help later. We left for the city and, when we returned (an hour after midnight), the central heating was off. The room temperature was about 5–7°C and the tap water was ice-cold. We considered leaving immediately, but it was snowing and the roads were dangerous. We tried to sleep in our clothes, but at 7:00 we woke up and left — it was simply uninhabitable. We also had to cancel our entire Sunday program, as we didn’t sleep at all and spent the whole night freezing. I wrote an SMS to the property owners in the morning asking for a refund. I received no answer. Later, I contacted them through the Booking website. I was told that I should have called them and that there is a reset switch for the central heating. I replied that even if I had called, it would have been impossible to reach a reasonable temperature with such poor heating (not to mention the paper-thin entrance door — the small corridor between the room and the bathroom had the same temperature as outside, around zero degrees). In the end, I was practically told that it was my fault and that I would not receive any refund. The apartment itself is otherwise okay, although too small for the price, and there is a slightly unpleasant smell (it’s an old building, probably common in many properties in the town; I noticed a similar smell in some cafés as well).

Mala atención por parte del personal que nos atendió en la cafetería para hacer el check in en el apartamento. Se desprendió un pequeño trozo del techo hacia el suelo.

Všetko bolo čisté, oceňujem televíziu a vybavenie programov. Dobre vybavená kuchyňa, oceňujem cukor a ešte by potešila solnička

Kotol na kúrenie veľmi hučal, bolo to dosť rušivé. Rozkladací gauč, na ktorom sme mali spať bol preležaný, na posteli zašívaná plachta, ktorá kazila dojem inak vizuálne pekného apartmánu. V kúpeľni nebol záves na sprche a chýbal nám aj držiak na sprchu

izba, čistota aj personál - všetko v poriadku, odporúčam.

za jediné negatívum považujeme, že sme v izbe nemali žiadne závesy, nič, čo by sme mohli zatiahnuť na noc

Naprosto priserny hluk z diskoteky dole, minimalne do 2 rano. Nikdy neberte apartman v 1.patre! Je to primo nad tim, otevrit okno nemuzete, protoze tam huci cely den hudba. A vecer jste bez nadsazky soucasti diskoteky a opileckych hadek na ulici!
