Apartments Srbija Waterfront - FREE PARKING

Cozy place super close to all centre city activities and popular areas! We loved that it was in a pretty silent place, and very convenient way of checking-in, possibility to pay by card. The apartments were clean, with new furniture etc.

There were no slippers, shampoo, shower gel bottles, but it could be better with it, like in hotel, when you come just for one night, you don’t bring shampoo or shower gel with you, it’s always in the room.

We arrived at th property Saturday evening. When we've got there, we couldn't find the key for entering in the room. So I called at the phone number from the reservation. The lady who answered at the phone told me that it is hers day off, but she will help me anyway(maybe like a favor). She gaved me a code from another mailbox where it was a masterkey and so we could access in our room. The was not cleaned from the clients before, no towels, no sheets. So I called again the day off lady. She sent me to the same mailbox where I got the masterkey and to take a key from a deposit so I can get sheets and towels. And in compensation she gaved us an extra small room always not cleaned.Sunday evening we went out for dinner and when we came back to the location we found the garage entrance locked by otherguest, so we couldn't park inside. We parked outside in the street leagal place. Anyway maday morning our car was taken away from the municipality wich cost us almost 200€ to get our car back. I'm member of booking.com from about 25 years, but never happened like that. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID THIS LOCATION. it was a very bad experience 😔

The apartment is as described but if you are booking this because of the parking space - don't. There are 7-8 apartments and just 2 parking spots in the garage. We were promised a spot but when we checked it at 10 pm, there were already 2 cars parked there. We were told by the host to park in front of the garage, which meant we would have to come whenever someone wanted to take out their car. This is super inconvenient and frustrating.

The location is very good, very convenient to get to Belgrade downtown. The studio has everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom was clean. The towels were nice and clean. A dishwashing detergent and sponge were provided.

There was no soap in the bathroom (although there was a shower gel in the shower area). The communication with the host was a bit slow. Additional bedside lighting would be useful. The windows needed some cleaning.

Clean apartment, location is superb.
