Это не жилой комплекс Waterfront. Мы рассчитывали на это, когда искали апартаменты. Но они находятся в том же районе. Это единственный факт, который нам не понравился. В остальном, квартира хорошая, мебель и ремонт свежие. Нам очень понравилось соотношение цены/качества.
