"Owner is aggressive and apartment windows open to noisy street"

The owner was very aggressive. She took pictures of both my ID card and also my passport but refused to give a receipt for payment. I paid by cash but she charged extra for city tax that I doubt if city really gets it! Also when I asked about extra charge on phone, she got very angry and was screaming.That was scary. The apartment was on the street and noisy.It was far from city center and washing machine was not working properly. Inside bedroom there was no heater and it was cold at night. ended sleeping on sofa.

"Clean apartment in the downtown"

Clean, nice and very well located apartment in the new building. Comfortable parking space, everything required is in place, host is friendly and welcoming

Kitchen area is dark, with only one bulb instead of proper lighting. Vent is not plugged in, and stove requires a lot of time to heat anything.
