Higijena je na najvišem nivou. Gazdarica Bilja veoma srdačna osoba, koja se zaista trudi da sve bude na svom mestu, kako sam apartman tako i celo dvorište. Mirna ulica, bez buke.

Sam apartman nije baš dobro koncipiran pošto se ulazi u dnevnu sobu, a iz nje se ulazi u spavaću, iz spavaće u hodnik, a iz hodnika u kuhinju i kupatilo. Kada je temperatura 35 C definitivno treba klima, a nje nema. Napisano oko klime je savet za poboljšanje smeštaja.
