"ok for 1 -2 nights but not "luxury", questionable price-value"

Central indeed (5min at foot from old city, 20 min from central train station) Easy self-checkin (the host requires photos of IDs per Whatsapp) The host seemed helpful (available for remote assistance) Wifi ok

...but far from being a "luxury". Windows to a busy street with a tram line and drunk folks all the night (could be a real problem despite the high floor, if windows are kept open in summer). Kitchen space small, some cutlery not washed well, shower overflows easily. Quite cold in winter (bad isolation). TV old, no channels, only working with DVDs. The host begged for "9 or 10 rating" via messages, which is not justifiable in case of this studio.

Great location, very close to public transport and old city. Apartment was super clean and bigger than i expected. Check in/out process is very easy. Mr. Marco(host) is super friendly and helpful. He texted me several times if i need anything.

"Superb"

Big room with a small but good kitchen. Plenty of space and sitting. Good location to get to old town or to the bars on the street.

There's a lift. It wasnt obvious at first. Make sure you use the lift as it's on the 5th floor. The front door to the apartments was also a bit dodgy

"the perfect stay"

excellent location . bus stop just Infront apartment . had great communication with the host. he suggested restaurants to visit too and replied immediately to all my inquiries. I would book same apartment if I return. thanks so much for hosting us

"Great location but not the most comfortable"

The location was great, but a bit noisy from the street below. The host was very responsive and helpful with a video about how to enter the flat.

The bed and sheets were not comfortable at all.

It was perfect, Marco was all time available and gently helping telling us where to drink good beer eat good food ecc. Couldn't be better! We be soon back again :) Ps: location was perfect close to everything. Grazie Marco, tanti saluti, Luca e Signe
