Park mellett található, csendes helyen. Kb. 50 méterre egy mobil kávézó, frissen darált kávéból. A belváros kb 15-20 perces sétával megközelíthető. Parkolás megoldott. Jól felszerelt konyha. Hűtő, fagyasztó. Külön hálószoba. Nappali és konyha, étkezővel.

Wifi hozzáférés gyenge volt.
