I think, just send multiple reminders about the key location. If people are traveling for a long trip (multiple locations/cities) it's easy to forget the note about the lock box (and my phone was dead).

Nádherne ubytovanie, ktoré má nádych historie, najma vďaka schodisku a celého priestoru, v ktorom je situovane. Ubytovanie prepracovane do najmenšieho detailu, k dispozícii všetko čo potrebujete. Komplet vybavená kuchyňa. Priestor na spanie veľkorysý. Ďakujeme ešte raz a vrelo odporúčame. Skvelé.

"No hot shower for a party of 3"

The location is great, in the middle of old town, close to a lot of attractions and restaurants.

The hot water in the shower is not enough for 3 people, we ran out of hot water after 15 minutes. It just came back hours later. I messaged the owner and booking but got no response, this was such a turn off with the place and booking.com The place lacks a coffee machine, we didn’t have hand towels. If these things were fixed, this place would be a 10, but this shower problem is happening for a long time already.
