Location is in the city center. There is tram stop opposite of the building

Appartment was not clean at the time we arrived. We had to call owner. We could not get receip for this stay, therefore we could not claim contribution to recreation which is payed in Slovakia by employer. I got reply from owner that she will send it, but she didnt and she stop to reply to messages. Sunlinds was mostly broken. Orientation of windows are west - east, therefore it was too hot in the appartment
