Everything was really fine. The owner even offered us a longer check out.

The shower had a bit lower pressure, but it was not that much of a problem.

Host was pleasant and apartment is nice and clean.

The house and the apartment are nice, everything needed was in place, including pleasant dishes. The apartment is stylish and cozy, with a picture of Nish Fortress:) The bathroom is in good condition, even shampoo was available. Also, we had ever a few tea bags (but not coffee - that's a surprise in Serbia:)) The owner met us in time near the house, saying how to leave the key after leaving the apartment (which could possibly give us even more time to gather than declared 12:00) Also the apartment has two pairs of house slippers - we had our own, but it's also a plus. Also apartment has a lift - which is great and comfortable. The apartment has a conditioner, but at the time of our visit, it was no use for it. Actually, it looks 100% as in the photo - no exaggeration and the same atmosphere.

The most notable disadvantage of the place is the noise from a nearby construction site and a bit from the railroad (it's usually quiet, but sometimes something buzzes). Windows are good and mostly cover this disadvantage, but, of course, it's more pleasant to have them opened. The next one is the absence of a microwave oven.

The location of the apartment is very easy to find when coming from the direction of the highway. The building itself is in an excellent location, 7-10 minutes on foot from the city center - quiet location, although there is a railway line a few steps away - however it is calm and peaceful during the whole day. Even when you pass by, the trains give additional magic to the whole place. The building has four floors, with an elevator and private parking plus the possibility of safe parking on the same street. The apartment is very functional, clean, air-conditioned - with all the comforts for two if you are on a short stay in the city of Nis. The communication with the owner is excellent, he is always available on Viber and is very correct and professional. I sincerely recommend it to everyone who wants excellent accommodation.
