"It can be better"

Location is very good. Parking is in front of the building and free of charge. Studio has all necessary things. Communication with host was easy.

Sofa and chairs have dirty stains. A large bathroom door takes a lot of space and cannot be closed. The mattress is uncomfortable and uneven. It should be mentioned that you don't have privacy because apartment is on ground floor and the neighboring building is very close. Advice to Host is to pay attention to comments with lower marks. You can't move next building or change floor but you can fixed all lacks (deep cleaning, mold removal, apartment painting, door repair... ) The Studio has potential and just requires a little investment.
