The location is perfect. There is a nice balcony and chairs with a pleasant view. The bed was comfortable. The host was pleasant and met us on time. The off-street parking was also great.

The place was really dirty. Black mould in the shower. A kettle with old fat on the outside and in dire need of cleaning inside. There are cobwebs all over the ceiling and the kitchen window sill had dead bugs and flies on it. My wife refused to use the kitchen appliances and spent a good 15 minutes cleaning the kettle before using it to boil water. The accomodation has great potential. Please just give it a good deep clean.

It is an amazing studio! Very nice terrace! A few blocks away from the riverfront and downtown. The most important for me, was that I had parking available at any time I needed it.
