The sofa couch worked out great for traveling with kids.

The ship section in the pool -that is depicted-is not open/under construction. The pool was quite dirty and limited as sections were closed. Our pin code mysteriously changed and phone call was swift but had to wait for the staff member to change again. I had just turned back to grab something but all of my belongings were inside as we were just going out to swim.

Clean...

Noisy airconditioner in bedroom. Could not use. Extremely loud room next door. Adults yelling,children screaming till 1am. People banging walls etc. . Left after 1 night.

The room is good in all respects.

The only bad thing is the swimming pool in the community. All three children were scratched by the broken place when they went swimming.

The 7/11 beneath us

Lacking a lot of expected items - dish drying cloth, laundry powder, speaker, tv access, only one single towel each, no bedding for the pullout couch, no garbage bags, lack of any sort of body wash or soap. Very disappointed

Swimming pool location and cleaning

The pools are fantastic, perfect for families, I liked that ground floor room have access to pool from balcony small gate and ladder 🪜 approx 1500 units over 8 building, quiet at night, lots of photo ops. Room was clean and tidy, had most things provided

Bed very firm so slept on foldout sofa.
