チェックアウトのさい、管理人に連絡をするスタイルだったのだが1時間連絡が取れず、結局入口のセキュリティに預けて退室したが、連絡が取れなかった理由が『寝ていたから』。最初からセキュリティに預ける事も可能との説明があれば無駄な時間を過ごさなくて良かったのでそれは最初に伝えて欲しかった。9時半チェックアウトは早くはないですよね？

Location

Check in was difficult. The staff was not responsive to our message, phone no. on booking was wrong, we had to ask help from local people nearby to contact the staff. We really freak out because we thought we were scammed because when we reached the apartment, the staff was unreachable for almost 15 mins. Staff was irresponsible. We saw on booking.com that wifi is included but when we reach there, there is no wifi. When we asked the staff about the wifi, he said he will come in the evening to give us portable wifi but he lied and never came until we checked out. If you consider staying here, please know that this place DOES NOT PROVIDE WIFI. Stay at your own risk.

many shops , places to eat nearby

the sheets were comfortable and the area is convenient if you are attending events or concerts at impact arena. the air conditioning was nice. the owner is onsite and very responsive to questions.

there were roaches, which i understand is hard to maintain for a condo since it is a huge building. however, there were also black bits and spiders in many corners. there was also a bug in the toilet when i first checked in… just sloppy. if you are a solo traveler and are renting out this condo for a concert that runs late, please make sure you have something to ward off stray dogs with. i was returning at 10 and ran into 3. if you have a fear of stray dogs or are not used to them and have the money, i recommend just booking a room at novotel or ibis to save yourself the anxiety.
