LAKE HOUSE BOHINJ

The location within walking distance of Lake Bohinj and a number of restaurants is great. The apartments are very comfortable and perfect for a family stay, built in a traditional Slovenian house style! We particularly enjoyed spending time on the little terrace and balcony to enjoy the summer weather. The owners are very helpful, nice and very responsive.

The only thing that may have been helpful for a longer stay like ours was a washing machine, but that's a minor point.

Great location, short walk to the beautiful lake. Clean property.

Free parking is a plus in Bohinj, however very difficult to access, unless you have a small car, due to large vehicle parked across entrance each day. Only for confident drivers. Very hot summer weather and no cooling in the house. No air con was expected, no fans was not. Rather uncomfortable. Shower only hand-held, whole house was smaller, darker and more cramped than expected. Petra (host) very helpful, but smoother remote check-in & out process would help.

The house is perfectly integrated into the paradisiac landscape of Triglav National Park. An ideal place for those looking to relax in the middle of nature. The lake is quite close and our small daughter (5 years old) spent a lot of time playing in the water. There are also lots of opportunities to go on uncomplicated but wonderful hikes

The location is just wonderful, at walking distance from the lake of Bohinj. Also the accomodation of our Lake House was great, in a cosy and traditional setting: the small village of Stara Fuzina. Plenty of opportunities to walk, ride the bike, do a canyon or parapent of just enjoy swimming in the beautiful lake.

Very nice, spacious appartment located in renovated old farm house, well equipped. It has dedicated parking space, and storage for the bikes. Walking distance from the lake and beaches (gravel road). Perfect place for the bike lovers.

A bit noisy tractors driving right in front of the house. But you are in a village with active farms so have to live with it.

Perfect apartment, everything You need for few days stay. Hosts very kind, we enjoyed the time spent.
