Sea View Residence

Location, room size, cleanness, atmosphere, staff at the property.

The WIFI did not work during my stay. The owner tried to give me some advices and contacted a staff to fix the problem. However, I could not use the WIFI internet connection and no staff came to my room for solving the problem.

Comfortable quiet apartment with a great view 15 metre swimming pool 👌

It's 2 km south of town, so if you don't have your own transport, nearby eating options are limited, esp. for vegetarians

Elevator was quick from G to 17th floor

Incorrect name of condo so drove around looking for it. It's Lumpini sea viiew. No contact from supplied phone number. No internet has router no sim. No cable tv only controller. Filthy couch stained seats. Bed springs sprung. Lake view a delect few buildings on waste land with an overgrown large pond. Difficult to keep changing kettle, toaster or microwave plug as the socket is in the cupboard shielded by the microwave.

stay 4 nights! we had to call to ask them to come and clean room but only came once!!! sticking towels… smell like wet dog. Bed was backbreaking since first night!!! No service at all! and no WIFI !!! This room should be listed in apartment rental …. not hotel!!!!!!!! Absolutely not going back………

Very nice pool area! Bikes free for 2 hours at a time.

Huge ugly buildings. The kitchen was in reality only a sink and a microwave. Too many decorations taking up shelf space (tiny fake plants, picture frames etc). Looks cute but not practical.
