Clean, big apartment with all the needed comfort in the unit. Plenty of space, great for bigger family/ group.

Old property and worn out facilities especially the Residents part of the building which is saperate from the Hotel proper right next door. Unfortunately not allowed to use the Hotel pool as the pool on the residence side is in poor condition and state of repair. Basically the residence side has no facilities, just access to the Beach.

Garden at the beach is very nice to relax and peaceful. We enjoyed it.

Not all pools can be used. Some of them need to be renovated!! Telephone number which it shown after booking cannot be reached. So you do not need to call them. Just go ahead to apartment. The Security man will hand you the key card.

Property management provided the contact detail where we can arrange the keys pick up. We can pick up the keys with security team which is on site 24 hours. The check in process is smooth via online check in. Even the room is very big(4 bedrooms) but we feel it's quite clean and well upkeep. The linens, towels, kitchen are very clean. The air conditioning is very good. There are plenty seating areas.

There are some wear and tear(as we can see some tapes holding some parts together on the air con, on some of the chairs) but this is not a big issue since we understand that there are 4 bedrooms and the maintenance can be quite difficult.

There are many cockroaches and spiders in the room. No shampoo and No body wash in the bathroom Shower water smells bad
