Thomas was very friendly and helpful and the apartment was spacious and comfortable with a nice view, close to the beach

The floor around the pool is apparently being replaced, and it needs to be. The shower pressure was not great and the apartment could do with a bit of maintenance, but overall this didn't affect the stay too much

We loved the location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, as well as near seom great restaurants and bars. The rooms very spacious (and cool thanks to strong AC) with views of the bay and islands. A big plus were the adorable cats in the vicinity. The hosts were also very accommodating when we requested to stay an extra night, along with cleaning our rooms once during the visit, as well as providing local recommendations (very responsive via WhatsApp). Laundry services were also available.

Nothing major except for the kitchen in one of the rooms could use some minor renovation (wallpaper falling off) and the pool was also a bit warm to swim in (but that is expected in Thailand's hot climate).

At sea condo is an amazing place! It is in a very quiet area and really close to the beach. The staff are so friendly and kind. The facilities were great! I loved it so much I even extended my trip!!

Great location. Quiet and comfy accommodation. Aircon worked very well. Loved the balcony and view.

The pool was quite murky. The room needs some work- a lot of wear in the flooring; water damage very evident.

The location was great, just a short walk to a beautiful beach.

The place is in a state of disrepair. We didn't get a room that looked anything like the photos. The shower has little black worms/maggots crawling around. The pool is murky and I wouldn't swim in it. Bits of the skirting and floor are falling off. The bathroom smelt like a Bangkok sewer.
