Sand Beach Condo 3 Minutes Walk To Nai Harn Beach

Fantastic spot love coming back here. Nai Harn one of the best beaches on the island and the Sands is the perfect way to experience the it.

No air flow. It feels neglected. Hole in the couch, torn duvet cover, uncomfortable chairs on the oudoor deck, totally inadequate kitchen No wine glasses, no steak knives, no napkins or dishtowels, the cheapest possible cooking utensils, no oven mitts or cookware, oven settings have worn off, no strainer etc., etc. No knife sharpener. Scissors is blunt . A truly terrible kitchen. No washing machine. A 1 meter , totally inadequate drying rack. Garage wall blocks air flow in the front and there's a wall 3 meters from the rear blocking any breeze from there. See photo of second bedroom, where the bed in on a platform, and the wall in the rear is visible. Kitchen and dining room have little natural light, so lights need to be on all the time.

We love this location and always come back. The bedrooms were lovely.

There was a musty /damp smell in the apartment. Numerous air fresheners were placed throughout the apartment in an attempt to cover the smell.

Was fantastic. We had a great time and was in a perfect position.

I liked that it was ground floor. Parking my motorcycle was not a problem. Nice location for what I like to do

Sewer smell usually in morning. Could not figure out the TV in bedroom. Price for electricity is somewhat high.
