LTE Apartments

I had stayed at this apartment before, which is why I decided to book it again. The apartment was a good choice for us on our way to Croatia. However, due to the recent situation, I will never book this place again

I am unable to rate the apartment because the owner changed our reservation at the last minute. We only found out about the change while we were already on our way to Croatia, traveling with a small child, which left us with very few options. We arrived in Maribor around midnight. The owner contacted us via SMS and offered to book us a hotel room instead of the apartment. In the end, we received a room in a hotel, but unfortunately, it was of a lower standard than the apartment we had originally reserved. After contacting Booking, I learned that it is better not to agree to such a substitution and instead report the issue directly to Booking to request a relocation. Unfortunately, we were already en route, and it was far too late to do anything else.

Very clear and nice apartment. Big livingroom with 3 beds (incl. 1 two person sleeping sofa), separate sleeping room. Fully equipped with staff needed for short visit (on the trip to Croatia).

The cleanliness of the room was good.

The room description was incorrect. It was stated that the apartment consists of two bedrooms (divided separately) and one hall with a kitchen. Actually, it was one bedroom (bed for two persons) and other beds (two single beds and an extended sofa) were located in the hall room. This arrangement made inconveniences for my family.
