Prix et emplacement, sur booking un prix s affiche mais au bout du processus de resa le prix a presque doublé avec frais menage et autres ...impossible de marcher pour aller a jombtien car la riviere bloque tout acces , pas de pont...donc obligé de prendre les transports. Pas d eau et de café gratuit a l arrivée. Trop cher pour ce que c est ,je prefere Hotel avec services . Erreur de selection pour moi.

Very close to the beach and quiet local area close to pattaya. Very clean and came with cleaning supplies which is a bonus for long stays. The host was also happy to help with all questions. I'm already planning another stay.

My girlfriend is complaining about the cleanliness of the room 3 weeks later. The location sucks, no markeys nearby. 3 nearby restaurants, all with great atmosphere, mediocre food, severely over priced.

It’s right next to the beach like a private oasis. There are Thai restaurants and grocery that line the beach and walking distance to some really great restaurants like The Glass House and Bacco Italian restaurant. The facilities were great with three different sized pools for any size of family, gym with sauna, safe with security and CCTV, and the apartment itself was great! I loved having two separate bedrooms with work spaces and a balcony to do my own laundry. This place was great and we loved being there. I’d highly recommend to families, it’s a very family friendly area.

It would get a little smelly every once awhile but it’s from the pipes and didn’t last long. It really wasn’t a problem and wasn’t a deal breaker. There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like I’d stay here again.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. There were many good things about it. It's quiet, even when it's busy. The grounds are clean and enjoyable. My unit was clean and pretty much everything I needed was included. It is a very simple and straightforward unit. No frills, but lovely. Everything in the unit works well. There is a fridge, a microwave, a sink, a small stove. Dishes and utensils were there. There was also an electric kettle. I was disappointed there wasn't a dryer, but that was my own mistake. The listing said there was laundry in unit, and I assumed that included a dryer. However, I hung my laundry to dry and it worked out fine. AC worked great. The TV had cable and access to sign into a variety of media services like Netflix. It's close to the beach, and there are some great bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a pharmacy and small market within walking distance. I will definitely consider this property in the future.

Like many hotels and vacation rentals in Thailand, the bed was very hard. This is not a problem for some who prefer it that way, but I would have preferred a softer, higher quality bed. I would have also preferred additional pillows. However, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the bed or pillows. Also, as I mentioned before, there is a washer, but no dryer. This was no one's fault. Just thought I'd mention it for any others who find it important. When I booked it said I would have a marina view, but that was not the case. My view was a dirt lot. Not a problem for me as I was there to visit my father and spent most days at his house. However, if I come again, I will ask for a unit with a better view.
