A very large room with soft towels and plenty of cold water.

Decent place! OK, maybe don’t expect the Hilton but for the price this is amazing. The bed is comfortable, everything is clean, the room is big, the AC works well and is not noisy. £10 a night I think is a fantastic deal if staying for a night or two (no need for longer in Phayao I think).

Kettle / coffee in room would have been nice. Lighting is a bit severe and room is not the most modern. There is a rooster outside somewhere near that badly needs KFCing. But….. it’s £10 a night!

Bardzo miły personel, dobra lokalizacja (kilkanaście minut spacerem do centrum), pralnia na terenie hotelu, można też kupić podstawowe napoje czy przekąski

Mała, niezbyt czysta łazienka (znalazłem wielkiego karalucha na podłodze pewnego dnia, ale obsługa szybko go usunęła). Obok wiejskie klimaty (więc będą was budzić koguty).

The staff and it was 5 minutes walk to main Bus Terminal. They gave me loads of water bottles and rent bikes if you need it

Not hot water, just a bit warm and it's cold so you want warm water after a long day. A small lamp would be nice otherwise the ceiling hospital lights are a bit uncomfortable. Windows are glass sheets and you hear outside noises or no privacy if you want more natural light because the window is right next to the aisle where everybody passes by to their rooms.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Emplacement parfait, juste à côté du terminal de bus et de la ville. Grande chambre, agréable et confortable, avec des rangements, ce qui est assez rare pour être souligné. Eau chaude sous la douche, avec une bonne pression. La journée, une salle avec du café et du thé est accessible. Machines à laver et sèche-linge à faible coût sur place. La propriétaire est adorable!

Comme dans beaucoup de salles de bain en Asie, toute la pièce est inondée quand vous prenez une douche… Il manque une petite lumière tamisée pour le soir, mais c’est un détail.

Great price quality ratio - very spacious room, comfy bed, hot shower, a little balcony, a big wardrobe for your things, table with two stools and a fridge. On the ground floor there is a shared room with free coffee and hot water dispenser. They also have the typical street 1THB water filter, affordable self-laundry, free bicycles and sell some drinks and snacks at the reception. They conveniently did house cleaning on days we were out and brought us free bottles of water almost every day. Everything you need for even a longer stay! Personally, we didn't find the nearby school too noisy. They are nice people. Location is good, especially close to the bus station, 7-11, and then you have the bicycles.

If I was nit picking, the drainage of the sink was not great but who cares :D wi-fi had some troubles on our floor during our stay but they offered a different connection
