The room was large, comfortable and staying on the first floor made checking in and out very easy. The office staff Yuki spoke English well and she also speaks a small amount of Japanese. I didn't hear any noise at night and slept really well. This location is a 5 minute walk from the bus station and a 10 minute walk to the lake...super convenient.

Great budget room; clean, spacious and practical for travelling with children. At this price point you wouldn't expect such a large room in great condition with a full size fridge, lots of desk and wardrobe space and plenty of room for both an extra single bed (a proper camp bed rather than a mattress on the floor) and a cot. There is also a separate room near reception where hot water and tea/coffee making facilities, dining tables etc are free for use. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

For us nothing but it is worth noting that the bathroom is a very small Thai-style 'wet room'. The shower hangs pretty much straight above the toilet and you need to wash quite carefully to avoid spraying the entire bathroom. This sort of bathroom doesn't bother us but might not be to everyone's taste. Also the doorway is low so mind your head going in!

Large clean room with a big fridge, plenty of storage space. Average sized bathroom. Small balcony area. Quiet at night. Wonderful owners, very kind and helpful. A 5 minute walk to the bus station and maybe 20 minutes to the river area.

Overall really good rooms with a little fridge. Good location next to the bus station and a 10 min walk from the center and the lake. They have bicycle if you want to bike around the lake.
