Отличная локация. Рядом шикарный (по «патайским» меркам) пляж, много магазинчиков и кафешек.

Этот кондик «устал». Фото, которые вы видите, выполнены около 10 лет назад. Мы жили в кондо N313 с двумя спальнями и двумя санузлами. В одной из спален проломлена кровать с краю, поэтому спали на другом краю:) Про плесень и облезлую сантехнику (писали тут ранее) подтверждаю- все так и есть. Но все же, в целом нормальный вариант за эти деньги. Хозяйка отзывчивая женщина и всегда на связи. В общем, пока кондо еще не убитый то крайне желательна реновация. В целом, удовлетворены проживанием здесь.
