L'emplacement,la petite salle de sport,la piscine même si elle était froide. Logement très sécurisé.

Location is great. Convinient check in. Very good kitche/toilet amenities. Room is clean enough.

The bedsheets are quite old. There's mild smoke odor in the room/aircon.

Great Location- very close to One Nimman - offering good options for spending the evening.

Didn’t enjoy the stay. There was no cleaning service or water provision for daily basis. The rooms were very small - only walking space was left after opening the luggage. The bed was not comfortable and had faded bedsheet with stains on it spread on it. The towels and napkins provided were also very old. The bathroom was very poorly lit with ants in it. Even though the cleanliness concern was raised with the property, they didn’t pay any attention to it. TV is very small, pretty useless.

Loved the space! Appartment is exactly as the pictures, has a lot of space and is clean. Has a comfy bed and good pillows. Not much of a view, but gets plenty of sunlight and it really is in a great location in Nimman, near lots of restaurants and plenty of local bars too. A bit further from the tourist hot-spots nearer the old town, but we actually quite like that. It is an extremely quick and cheap grab ride away. Didn't really use the pool or the gym but they looked good. We liked the place so much that we extended our stay by another 3 nights! Would have been nice if we could have stayed in the same room, but they helped us out with the logistics of moving our stuff between rooms for us, which was very much appreciated! Highly recommend, and would definitely stay again.

Sofa wasn't very comfortable, and the shower wasn't particularly hot, but good enough.

- The host didn’t send check-in instructions until I reached out, even though the room had been ready for some time. - One day, the cleaning staff entered the apartment using their key card without knocking or any prior notice. I was home at the time, in another room. The host hadn’t mentioned anything about cleaning in advance. - A few days before check-in, I requested a parking spot, but no parking card was prepared. As a result, I had to park in front of the building in an unguarded, tight space. - The lighting in the bathroom and rooms is very weak. Staying for a couple of days is fine. For a couple of weeks, not really — better look for other options ==================================================== Wow! I received quite a rude response, so I’d like to address it point by point: 1. I wasn’t referring to early check-in. To get the check-in instructions, I had to message you myself on WhatsApp, even though you could have sent them proactively. 2. I was aware of the weekly cleaning, but we never agreed on a specific day or time. The staff entered using their key card without knocking or any prior notice while I was home, in another room. This is the main issue, and you didn’t address it in your response. It’s a violation of privacy. Later on WhatsApp, you acknowledged this and apologized. Here, you’re saying something different. 3. In the instructions you sent, it was stated that you could provide a parking card if requested in advance. I made that request several days beforehand, but I did not receive the card. 4. Some of the lights were barely working or flickering. Please check the lighting in the bathroom. 5. ???? I didn’t insult you in any way, so why did you make it personal?

Nice location

The apartment itself is very modern, and well-designed, and at first glance it gives a great impression. Unfortunately, our experience was seriously affected by the condition of the mattress. As shown in the photo, the mattress had extensive and visible stains, which raised major concerns for us regarding hygiene and the overall sanitary standards of the property. This made it very uncomfortable to relax and sleep, and it significantly impacted our stay. We reported the issue to the owners. Initially, there was a certain level of denial about the problem, but they later said they would come to resolve it. Unfortunately, no action was ever taken during our stay. It’s a real shame, because the property has a lot of potential, but this issue is not minor—it directly affects guests’ wellbeing and trust. We hope this will be properly addressed for future guest

Wonderful location. On the edge of Nimman but close to restaurants and clubs. Cute pool in the building. The apartment is a corner apartment with lots of windows, which causes the aluminum frames to emit heat, and the air conditioner doesn't always manage to overcome this. The apartment is cramped. Not dirty but a little neglected. A rickety laundry rack that I had to repair. A broken plastic broom without a dustpan. A little mold in the bathroom, torn curtains and stained pillows. But the thing that bothered me the most was the communication with the hosts. The apartment is apparently managed by an agency. We asked for an extra set of sheets and towels on the first day and they didn't respond for 7 days until we left. 3 weeks earlier we stayed in another apartment in the same building managed by a different host and the experience was absolutely wonderful.
